Merrick Press Conference In Glens Falls on September 13.

State Senate Candidate Tim Merrick held the first of a series of weekly press conferences in downtown Glens Falls on September 13th, 2006, talking especially on the subject of property tax reform, including full state assumption of Medicaid costs (like 48 other states) and funding of public schools from state income taxes, not property taxes.
